Ohauiti / Boscabel

Ohauiti and Boscabel are neighbouring southern Tauranga suburbs, yet offer buyers different lifestyle choices. Ohauiti has generally mid to lower priced houses ($220,000 to $375,000), whereas Boscabel has many properties in the higher price range ($500,000 to $1m range).

Ohauiti is located less than 10 minutes from Tauranga City. Access to Mount Maunganui is via the Maungatapu expressway and to Te Puke via Welcome Bay. Greerton is around five minutes drive north west.

Residents from both Ohauiti and Boscabel would shop at the Bayfair Shopping Centre. Both areas are not far from the Baypark Speedway, the BOP Polytechnic, Maungatapu Primary School, Welcome Bay Primary School, and the Welcome Bay Shopping Centre.

Neighbouring Boscabel is the surburb of Rowesdale with brick aluminium homes in the $400,000 to $500,000 plus range.
