Otumoetai is well located (just 5 minutes drive from Tauranga City) near other very popular suburbs like Pillans Point, Cherrywood, Brookfield, and Matua. Although there are many older homes constructed in the 1960's they are generally on large size blocks and of a good solid standard.

Not all properties have views of Tauranga harbour, but those that do generally command a higher asking price. However, across the suburb prices are very inexpensive considering the location.
