Pyes Pa has been one of Tauranga's fastest growing suburbs and has come a long way since it was predominantly orchards and farmland. Today real estate is in demand with buyers interested in sending their children to the private school, and others who just seek the semi rural location.

Pyes Pa is just 15 minutes south of Tauranga's City centre. The area has many executive style homes and lifestyle properties. New residential subdivisions include Stableford, The Lakes subdivision, and Manor Park. There are several very large, higher priced lifestyle properties.
